Inspired by the students of the Smiths Falls District Collegiate Institute and the Veterans of Smiths Falls, experience a personal account of war and conflict at the Heritage House Museum. This special exhibition showcases the Lest We Forget Project, which once brought history alive in the classrooms of Smiths Falls. Follow the stories of heroes commemorated on the Smiths Falls cenotaph monument, through the young historians who brought their names to life once again.  Heritage House Museum Exhibition Hours, 10:30 – 4:30 daily.

Visit Main Street – Almonte, Ontario for the annual Light Up the Night celebration. Last year thousands of people filled the main street of Almonte for one of the largest outdoor Christmas shows in Canada. It was a festive and musical night in the quaint and Christmassy town of Almonte. The young and young at heart joined in laughter and sang along with the artists on stage, and of course Wayne Rostad who kicked off the show with his Christmas classic, Christmas In The Valley!
