Lanark Wild Food Club Leek/Fiddlehead Walk
Lanrk Wild Food Club will host a walk led by experienced local forager Peter Fischl
investigating the identification, processing and cooking of wild leeks and fiddleheads
and other spring edibles and concluding with a sampling of beaver stew for the more daring. Cost is $10 / person or $20 / family. Register at peterfischl@hotmail.ca.
Walk will start just east of Frizell Rd. on Hwy 43.
